About the Role
We are building a strong technology and IT operations foundation as part of CC33 Global’s new Technology Hub in Bangalore. As a Support Engineer (1st & 2nd Line), you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and day-to-day effectiveness of internal systems that support global engineering, CX, and operations teams.
This is a hands-on systems and IT support role with exposure to enterprise infrastructure, cloud tools, and global support workflows, working closely with senior engineers and third-line support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle first-line and second-line IT support tickets for internal users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Postfix, Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access control, and permissions.
- Collaborate with 3rd-line engineers on escalated technical issues.
- Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and assist during outages or incidents.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency and reduce repeat issues.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience working in 1st & 2nd line IT support roles.
- Hands-on familiarity with Postfix, Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, routing).
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Good-to-Have
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
- Exposure to 3rd-line escalations or advanced system administration.
- Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience supporting global or distributed teams.
