About the Role

We are building a strong technology and IT operations foundation as part of CC33 Global’s new Technology Hub in Bangalore. As a Support Engineer (1st & 2nd Line), you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and day-to-day effectiveness of internal systems that support global engineering, CX, and operations teams.

This is a hands-on systems and IT support role with exposure to enterprise infrastructure, cloud tools, and global support workflows, working closely with senior engineers and third-line support teams.
